For larger items like furniture, mirrors, carpets, and lighting that require extra care in packing, processing may take up to 7 business days. We'll keep you informed with a notification once your order ships.

Typically, your Nordic treasures shipped within 4-8 business days and delivered between Mon-Fri. However, there may be occasional delays due to customs or import procedures in specific destinations. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping costs and 20% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the labor costs associated with return inspection and repackaging.
