Yes, we offer free shipping within the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom on all orders — no minimum spend required. It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing Nordic Essentials. All VAT and customs duties are pre-paid, so there are no additional charges upon delivery. The prices you see already include all taxes and fees.

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom. We work with trusted manufacturers and warehouses across the UK, EU, and Asia, depending on the product. Larger furniture pieces are usually shipped from our UK warehouse, while some home décor and lighting fixtures are dispatched from facilities in the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, China, or India.

Once your order is processed (1–4 business days), delivery typically takes 8–14 business days (Monday to Friday). If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping simply contact our customer service team via the contact form or email us at info@nordicessentials.uk. All our products include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, plus an additional 2-year EU consumer warranty covering manufacturing defects.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free Refund Policy. Unused items in original condition can be returned for a full refund. The customer must ensure delivery of the returned product to the address we specified. We are not responsible for any return shipping costs. Items you wish to return must be sent using a reliable, trackable, and insured method. The return shipping costs need to be pre-paid, and all items must be insured for their full value. We do not accept packages returned using cash on delivery service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions. After receiving and approving your returned item, your refund  will be processed within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to post the refund.
