Remote Control Setup & Troubleshooting (CIRKA Models)

The CIRKA ceiling lights use an RF (radio frequency) remote control, which allows the lights to be controlled wirelessly. In some cases, the remote may need to be paired after installation or following a power interruption.

Before pairing, please check:

Whether both lights are unresponsive, or only one.
Whether the lights are connected to a wall switch.
If so, confirm whether the wall switch is a standard on/off switch (recommended) or a dimmer switch (not recommended).

Remote pairing instructions

Please follow the steps below carefully. If the lights are on separate circuits, repeat the process for each light individually.

Turn the wall power OFF and wait for approximately 10 seconds.
Turn the wall power ON.
Within 5 seconds, press and hold the ON / pairing button on the remote for 3–5 seconds.
If pairing is successful, the light will briefly flash or respond.

Wall switch behaviour

Depending on the wiring setup, the wall switch may act only as a power supply, while brightness and dimming are controlled exclusively via the remote.

In some installations, switching the wall power off and on can reset the pairing. This is normal and is why the pairing steps above are important.

If the lights still do not respond after pairing, the issue may be related to wiring configuration or the remote itself.
